When your date has been chosen and is available, we require a non refundable holding deposit to hold the day which is non refundable - Amounts vary depending on what package you go for.  Please see below- soft play hire surrey

• Mid week offer - £30 Deposit
• Bambino Tiny- £30 Deposit
• Bambino Tots and Luxe- £50 Deposit
• Bambino super luxe and platinum £80 deposit

The Deposit comes off the full balance which is due 48 hours before the date of hire. All payments to be made by Bank transfer .

On the day of hire a £50 cash deposit is required to hold against any damages which is then given back on the same day when we collect the goods and check it over. It needs to be in the same condition we left it for you. All equipment will be checked on pick up .

Damages include

• Any tears or rips
• Scratches to the soft play
• Staining of the fabrics that cant be cleaned off including pens- face paints- glitter food or drink
• Broken equipment

If any damages made deposits will not be given back and if needed a separate 

bill will be given to the hirer and charged accordingly.

Please read The terms and conditions carefully when they are sent out to you to read and sign and for more information .

• Once the date has been agreed we will contact you by email for further information 
• Date - Time of hire - What package - Colour package - What is the occasion - Venue.
• All bookings come with terms and conditions of use to read, sign and send back to us for our records.
• Choose your package and colour scheme.
• Deposit required to hold the date. This is non refundable. Any cancellations made deposits are not refundable but can be transferred  to another date within 3 months or lost.
• Confirmation is then sent once deposit has be made and terms and conditions all signed to confirm your special day .

Bambino Soft Play is only for the Bambinos and the Tots- This is Babies and toddlers for age 4 and under years old

Equipment  and use of the soft play must be supervised at all times with full parental supervision .

Bambino Tots accept no responsibility for any injury caused by the use of the equipment due to lack of parental supervision or older children using it  .

We use the highest quality equipment for peace and mind of fun and enjoyment and safety.

Apart from having fun fun fun - We ask of you all to adhere to our simple rules of play to protect yourselves selfs - the little ones and our equipment. when playing on the soft play - Its the Hirer responsibility to ensure the rules of play are adhered to 

All of our equipment is brand new  so we expect it to be in the same condition as we left it please.

•  Shoes off
• Socks on 
• No face paints or Glitter
• No sharp objects or heels on mats
• No pets
• Age 4 and under
• No food or drinks
• Adult supervision at all times

Be kind and have Fun  and play nice.

Delivery and set up is included in the price within the 10 miles. Any extra miles will be charged at an additional cost.

Set up takes up to 40 mins so please allow time to set this up and the same when packing away the soft play. We like to take pride in our set ups to make it perfect for your little ones and make it magical.

Times are booked in on the booking day of set up and pick up .  Our working hours will be 10-5pm. We can work with you to allocate a slot.

All hired soft play is rented for 2-4 hours. Additional £10 per each hour of hire is added onto the price.

Set up of where location is or the venue needs to be confirmed on the day of the booking.

All soft play pieces are cleaned before and after use and we ask for the following to have a perfect set up-

• Flat ground
• Safe area
• Gazebo with sides if weather is predicted to rain or an inside area.
• Space up to 5x3 metres
• Easy access  to get to the area of set up 
• Clear space- we will not move any furniture on the day 

WE WILL NOT SET UP IN THE RAIN .

We allow outside hire between May to first week in September , the other months need to be inside.

As we know the luck of our British weather its very unpredictable on the weather so these actions need to be addressed- 

• If rain is forecasted a gazebo is needed with sides or an inside location if it was to rain . Weather will be checked the day before to discuss if need be. This is to protect our soft play but also the safety of your little ones playing . Soft play can get slippery when wet.

• During the day if the weather does change please protect yourselfs and your little ones against the slippery surface and cover it all up .

Weather related cancelations will only be permitted from the day before of the hired date. UK weather is changable to say the least so we understand heavy rain or high wind is included in this. This will include a change of date hire to another day and not a refund of the deposit.

We will not set up in the rain or winds so think ahead so your little ones do not miss out on soft play fun. Having a venue or inside location means this can still go ahead.

Indoor hire is all year round.

Can set up in homes or any venues that allow soft play to be set up .

Please check times you are allowed to use the venue for .

Bambino Tots soft play has full public liability  insurance . Certificate can be given if needed....

Bambino Tots soft play hire surrey will not accept any responsibility for any accidents or injuries during the use of hire and recommend to take out own insurance to cover the day if needed. It is the hirer responsibility to make sure all day there is full adult supervision.
